Directions

Just West of Balboa Park, on 5th Avenue, which runs one way North, the office is between Spruce and Redwood, on the West side of the road, in a light red orange medical building.

Parking

After 6 on weekdays and on weekends, the parking lot in front of the building is available. The rest of the time, there is street parking, always available within a block. If you want to feed the meters, there is often parking right out front of the building on 5th, either side. Otherwise, 6th, 4th, Redwood, Spruce and other nearby streets all have available free parking.

Arrival at the office

Once you arrive at 3130 5th Avenue, you will find a waiting room. Please wait for me there, or if you like, you may text me at 619-807-3042. If you have not yet filled out the intake, there should be one on the reception desk to your right. When I am ready to see you, I will invite you into my office, and we will go over your intake form and talk about what you would like to focus on in your session.

The Treatment Room

The office has a sofa, massage table, fireplace, and huge window that opens onto a koi pond and waterfall, which makes a wonderfully soothing sound.
